How is that soliciting sex but the personal ads aren't?

It doesn't say the person answering the ad and living there has to provide the sex... just says sex 2x/week. They could live there under a legally binding contract and have sex with other people in their room 2x/week and never touch the person actuially paying the rent. How funny would that be.

Probably not gonna get it. They are really looking for someone with an MBA or a CFA. It's between me and 3 local candidates. Not sure if these other 3 have an MBA and/or CFA, but they are local to that would be zero relo cost to the company. So I may still be stuck in TX for the time being.
