What is the root cause of dial-up connection interuption? I have like, 10 numbers and every one of them give me the boot after about 10 minutes or less on air time. WTF

It could be the quality of the trunking cable, corrosion in the jacks, a faulty phone or other device causing a problem in the wiring.

Try unplugging all other devices except the computer, and see if it still does it.  Also check and see if maybe some of the jacks need to be replaced.
