Cat dragged in tarantula

A CAT called Felix terrified its owner — by dragging in a giant TARANTULA.

Shocked nursery nurse Sarah Beedham, 21, found the 6in spider — thought to be an escaped pet — on her kitchen floor in Scunthorpe, Lincs.

She said yesterday: “I rushed to the phone and rang my dad Dennis. He used a dustpan and brush and put it in a container.”

A vet was called but the Chilean rose tarantula — whose venom is not lethal — was dead by the time he arrived.

Sarah shuddered: “I absolutely hate spiders. When I got home it was getting dark and I turned the light on and it was just there on the floor. I looked down at it and froze.”

SO,

Now if the tarantula had dragged in the cat, THAT would be a story.

I don't need an eight legged creature with lots of eyes and ugly fangs for me to know that I have testicles.  You keep it.
