The wife made my favorite again tonight...  

1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Curry Powder


Brown up some pork chops. Mix water, ketchup and curry together. Pour over and simmer til well cooked. Thrown in some sliced green peppers if you like. Serve with rice.

Quick and dirty.   mmmm mmmm

It's a yellow powder and it's from the store.




Badia Curry Powder from Shoppers or Trader Joe's Curry powder. Hell, anything works.
