Go to biteycastle.com and watch the Taken video. Much better than most of the ones you see. You might find it at Newgrounds.com as well. |

It would have been a lot funnier if the kid would have slapped the monitor off the desk toward the dad, and the dad getting a full dose of household current. Especially if the camera happened to land safely on the ground, facing toward dad as he shit himself while doing the dying cockroach, as the kid takes his turn to laugh his ass off.
That was mean. If he was 14, it would be funny. But scaring little kids is just pathetic.
It's increasingly obvious that all the ex-paratroopers on the board find it funny.
It's getting mixed reviews from everyone else. Psychological analysis anyone? * *The kid's obviously a leg. |
Poor kid. Stupid thing for his Dad to do. What a fuckin' idiot!
Damn,poor kid. |
I know I shouldn't be laughing, but damnit - I lost it.
And that boy looks to be 9 or 10, to me. He'll get over it. My uncles have done worse. |
Hopefuly it will toughen up that little dough ball that obviously can't do a pushup or throw a punch. Kids have gotten weak. Anyone remember when a kid his age would be out on a tractor working the farm? I am only on generation removed from that.

I laugh, because someone got me with one of those pretty good. I only cried maybe half that long. But not being sympathetic to the kid after he took it really hard AND posting it on the Internet. Very shitty.
That was just hilareous....especially if you enjoy kicking puppies.
Shows why some guys should never have kids. Too bad the little booger didn't kick his misguided dad in the ol' twig and berries. Would have been nice to see how the "MAN" handled that.
That is screwed up. Kids are all different and that kid isn't ready for that kind of stuff. The way he reacts shows he can't believe his dad did that to him. That's sad that kid is getting treated that way by someone who is supposed to be taking care of him. Fuck that dad. |
way to scar the little kid for life.
he'll probably grow up and shot dad in the head with a shotgun or something nice like that. |
pussy |
My Dad let me watch scary movies. Not much different.
Part of life and growing up. Being scared (when no real danger exists) helps you get your shit together. |
Not such a wusy , THIS KID FOUGHT BACK.
At least he put both arms up and covered and pushed the screen hard, good reaction time and fight response. Thats more than I do when I see this kind of scary stuff. |
NOT FUNNY! I have two boys 7 and 8 yrs old, they shoot guns, play playstation, go camping with me and would probably get nightmares from that. That is chickenshit to pull that. That is a little boy who is big for his age.

I like all the tough guys calling the kid a pussy, and everyone else too for recognizing that that was a prick thing to do. I'll bet when you were 8 you were HALO'ing into North Vietnam with nothing but a knife in your teeth , bunch of keyboard commando wannabes. Did anyone see the Dallas S.W.A.T. episode where that officer took his kids rock climbing? That is how a real dad teaches his kids to deal with fear, this guy was just some POS who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a kid.
Yeah, lets toughen up our kids by flashing a screaming picture of the Exorcist girl while they think they're playing a game! And just for the record I was tricked with one of those when I was about that kid's age, and let me tell you, it's downright scary for such a little kid! God damn I don't think I was ever so scared in my life! You toughen your kids by taking the outdoors, going hunting, shooting, weight lifting; etc not by scaring them shitless! |
Dupe, and the other thread had a way different reaction. Most thought it was funny. Interesting.
Imagine your dad publishing your embarrasing reactions for the world to see though. |
That was funny, but those kids looked a little older. |
That was my largest problem with the video. His dad put this on the internet, for others entertainment. |
+1 I have a 10, 6, and 4 year old. That kid has to be close to ten which nowadays is about the age girls hit puberty. Putting video of his reaction on the web was definetly not the right thing to do, but I think the scaring just builds character. |
If he had the internet he would have, not much is off limits in my family, I like it that way. You gotta have thick skin if you want to hang with big boys. |
That link isn't working for me. Rat Boy as in Scare Tactics? Image seeing that in one of your cabinets! I would have ventilated that cabinet; unarmed, I would screamed like a bitch, too. haha |

Being scared of falling off a rock face, or coyotes in the dark is one thing. Being terrified by pure evil is quite another.
That was a real crappy move. |
And he said: "Son, this world is rough
And if a man's gonna make it, he's gotta be tough And I knew I wouldn't be there to help ya along. So I give ya that name and I said goodbye I knew you'd have to get tough or die And it's the name that helped to make you strong. Ask the spartains how though their boys were at 8. |
The dad is a dick. |
The spartans also drank blood and left unhealthly newborn babies by the road so they would starve to death. Bottomline, you don't make your kid tough with that kind of thing! Make him tough by taking him outdoors, teaching him about life, going shooting etc! |
