"One time, this squirrel ran out into the street and I ran over him......and he didn't die right then, but I'm pretty sure he died right after."

Pretty good intro to a pretty gay thread. |

A. Yes. Wait...do dogs count too?
B. More times than I care to remember. Sheep |

Depends, what's the statute of limitations on exceeding the daily bag limit on turkeys in NY?

This is right up there with Youngblood's post about fighting.

When I was growing up, I was one of those sick little bastards who would fry bugs with a magnifying glass.
Hours of entertainment. |

I have killed a man in self defense in my home. I have held the hands of more patients as they died as I can remember. |

Like anyone gives a shit. I would be willing to bet that most people here could kill if they had to, just... never had to. So what's the fucking difference. I spent a year in Iraq as an Infantry platoon leader, and I hate dipshits that ask "So, have you ever killed anyone." Go fuck off, you made your point. |

well , I was LEO in a high crime area. I never have had to take a life, but i've seen the effects of taking lives on many occasions. I've seen enough to know that death is not something cool.

A. Taken a life?
and inditement is not a conviction! B. Been there to watch someone die? i can neither confirm nor deny not leaving any whitnesses.. |

See. I am glad you guys are as offended by these threads as me. They are BS and for asking. |

I saw a friend killed in front of me years ago. I disarmed the scum and kicked the shit out of him.
He used a filet knife. No guns involved. About 1/2 hour later some other scum(6 scum to be precise) pulled up and jumped out with bats, etc and came at another friend of mine and myself. An off base MP pulled up just then and pulled his .45. I swear if that one guy would have took one more step he would been in the grave. Deserved it also. Turned out I knew him and he was a total POS. There was a bunch more that night, this is the very short version. Never saw anything else like it, before or since. |

Nobody. Just wanna see the reactions. You have the same response as me. You can flame me all you want. No problem You guys that call me out as an asshat, are showing the same emotion as I do. |

Ive been around death and stories of death all my life. Growing up with a mom as a nurse and a father who just happened to work at one of Daytons largest cemetaries death is something I view as a normal subject. At the age of 12 I actualy had a habit of going with my father to work when he had cremations to do late at night. I honestly found death interesting. It was common in my household to hear about situations my mother had at work since she was a trauma nurse at the time.
As far as haveing someone die near me or takeing someones life. Ive never taken a life but have prepared myself to do so if needed. I did however have a woman die in my arms a couple years ago. I was a witness to a fatal car accident. The woman was alive when I approached the car and talked to her, encourageing her to hold on for paramedics to arrive. She passed holding my hand before medics could show up. Severe internal hemeraging was deemed the cause of death.. It touched me but did not in any way gross me out. Everything on this planet has death built into it. Its just a matter of when and where it will be delt. I myself accept death for I know I will be in a better place than on this earth, but I will mourn for my family when and if they pass. I am not affraid to die, I am however affraid to leave my family behind without me. |

Really not trying to be. You guys are really making me have faith in this site again. I really like the guys that call me names for starting this thread. They feel the same way I do. |

I used to play Wolfenstein 3D back in the day. Lots of killing on there.

I killed a bird once, but I think it was committing suicide. It flew into my car on a highway.
|
|
Makes me sick too but what can you really do about it? Why get worked up about it? It is pointless. Some folks who have killed wnjoy seeing pics of dead enemy, some folks who have killed get sick at the same. Some folks who have never taken a life want to see while just as many do not. |

A. I've saved one.
B. Witness two deaths...car accident and lightning strike. Never a bullet hole. |
