I have a compaq computer. A couple of weeks ago, the pictures got fuzzy and my .gif animations quit working. I called customer service, and they told me it was a virus, and just run a virus program. I ran pc-cillian. It said I had some spyware, but no virus. I ran it again, same thing, no virus. Anyone know how I can get rid of this fuzzy stuff? ETA: I am running Windows XP. How do I post a picture of a screenshot? Thanks, John |
