if you're talking about fastex buckles then you can find them at fabric/sewing stores(along with lots of nylon webbing)

You can find them, in pairs, at the Gander Mountain stores.
That's where I bought mine when I updated my old butt pack.
I also found some buckles and black webbing at the Michael's craft/sewing store. They even carry 400 dernier cordura and ripstop nylon.
