Take some potassium suppliments.  Not too much, it has neurological side effects (meaning dont take a handful).  One or two a day, and eat a banana or two.  Should clear up in a day or two.

And increase your water intake by about 2 fold.

OK I'll drink some water, i drink less than 3 ounces a day now.

OK ate a banana and drank 20 ounces of water

I was told that drinking tonic water (quinine) helps, but I'm not sure it works.
