On sale for $139.99, an pretty decent ellipter machine.

I started working out with weights a couple months ago, and am starting to get into cardio.  I just put it together and ran it for a little while.  15 minutes at about halfway resistance setting, heartrate 150, sweating my balls off.

I'm digging it!

How often do I need to run on this thing, and for how long, to lose 15 lbs. of body fat and get back to 4% like I used to be?

I do the Nordic Track every weeknight for 30 minutes and end up being a mop of sweat.  On the weekend I usually get enough exercise.  You may look goofy but you're burning calories big time, and really getting a cardio workout sans joint problems.

Excercise like this is really the key to great freedom.  While you can't be a glutton, you also don't have to eat rabbit food 5 times a day to stay fit.

I've tried eliptical machines at the college gym...I prefer bikes.  I think the brand is Nautilus IIRC...
