That CroCop guy seemed to be breathing hard at one point.  Not as hard as Sapp, but still.  Why is it big guys never do any cardio?  I see these steroid types all the time, and they start breathing like they ran 2 miles just after a few swings, WTF?

I remember going to a gym and always watching the body building clowns.  Never did they jump on a cardio machine.

Sapp has knocked the shit out of some people when I've seen him fight.  Isaw him fight in Pride, and he faught this other black dude that was a mutiple champ in MMA, and even though he lost, he dealt a beating for sure.

Yep, that smaller guy beat him down!

How do you hit him hard enough to slow him down?
I think he's around 300lbs of muscle, former UW football player..

the armchair professional fighters here are great. Bob Sapp is an incredible fighter, big slow whatever. I have seen very few fights that did not end up on the ground in the real world. His size and strength come into play where it counts.

yeah I saw it in one of his Highlight clips. It kind of reminded me of hitting a squirrel with a tennis racket.

Bob Sapp is a pretty big dude, but several others have already beaten him, such as Merco Crocop.  I wouldn't give him much against Fedor Emilianenko, either.

If I remember right the Sapp/Crocop fight was a K1 fight ie. no takedowns or ground fighting.Sapp gave away his only real strength, ground and pound.Sapp has improved since he first started but there are very few who could take Crocop in a stand up K1 fight.I doubt very much that Chuck Lidell could.

I saw  him get knocked out in some other video by a little guy who kept kicking him in his left knee.  Finally he broke down and the little guy punched him square in the chin and dropped him.

His legs are his weak point. I saw him lose a fight also.  In general I would not want to go one on one with him unless  I was manning a Ma Duce.

Um bodybuilding clowns only use cardio when it comes time to cut down for a show. Building mass is what we do most of the year. Cardio wont offer much when tryng to pack on size to be cut down at a a later date. So enjoy riding your bikes with the old ladys ill stick with the iron.
