Ok I found these http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/army/index.html and wanted to read the USMC and Seal training manuals too

mainly

sniper training
pistol tactics
SAW gunner
observation
m16 marksmanship

any one know where i can find it?

You aren't going to find the latest generation of FMs on an unrestricted site. There are some sites out there that still have the old FMs. You can buy the older FMs on CD as well; I don't think this site has upgraded its CDs to the new FMs:
