Yep, they were very nice and professional when I sent 3 OEGs back in April for new tritium lamps. I called and they sent me a Return Authorization number and explained that, due to the War on Terror, my returns might take longer than usual. They were back three weeks to the day from when they were sent, tritium lamps replaced, cleaned and re-calibrated, and they replaced the windage and elevation screws with new ones. I was very happy. |
Thats great to hear. I have the TAO1NSN ACOG & would like to know: 1. What problem you had w/ your ACOG 2. What was the turnaround time to get it fixed 3. Who picked up the shipping costs ? thanks in advance |

I boughr a Reflex sight from EE several years ago and after a while it would not hold it's Zero. I sent it to Trijicon and when I got it back, not only had they replaced the windage assembly, but the Tritium as well, essentially giving me a brand new optic. Another member, Death451, bought an ACOG that had a cracked lens for $50 IIRC. He sent it to Trijicon and they refurbished the entire optic for free. Best deal ever. A big +1 for Trijicon. |
