| Hit and miss. A few years back I had several orders go terribly wrong and it took many, many phone calls to correct them, but lately they have gotten it right. Customer service has improved. If you asked me this question a few years back I would have said that they suck but have great prices. |
I have had good luck and bad luck with these people. Twice I have ordered some Glock mags from them at a great price, and recieved the mags within three days. Once I ordered a Glock knife from them, and got an e-mail back saying that' we only have ten in stock'. Ten? hell, I sent back that I only wanted one. After a few e-mails back and forth I sent them a polite request to cancel my order. After that I came to understand that someone there meant to say that they only had TAN knives in stock. They weren't trying to screw me, someone there was just a lousy speller. I still will do business with them, although I think that a few people there are not the sharpest knives in the drawer I think a phone call is in order, and make damn sure that the three day shipping charge is canceled.

Ordering from them puts you at risk of being the Fistee instead of the Fister. I've been hearing bad crap about botach for years. |

Hit and miss, I never had a big problem of any sorts with them. The prices are usually good. I haven't even tried to buy anything from them in a few years because I've found other vendors who's great service makes up for the sometimes slightly higher prices. If I want to gamble I'll go to a casino. buying from Botach always made me feel like I was gambling. "Will I get the items I ordered?" Spin the wheel!!!! |

I recently bought some Glock magazines from Botach, They were in my hands within a week As far as UPS Delivering tomorrow, you are out of luck unless it is a Next Day Air package. UPS only delivers NDA and does regular pickups, no other deliveries the day after Thanksgiving |

Three years ago, I ordered some stuff and it was back-ordered without telling me. They charged my card ONE MONTH ahead of the shipment. Since then, I've had pretty decent service. For example, three months or so ago, they were selling Glock magazines for $12.95. I ordered five G22 mags and they all arrived THREE DAYS LATER. They're doing much better lately, it seems. |

Well the good news is I got my $ back. Yeah I got the guy on the phone and he was like uuh . . . . . we havent really got any in yet but were expecting them in the next 2 week after I had placed an order and paid for 3 day shipping. I did have good communication however The whole "your order will ship in 5 days" was a crock. Im glad I posted to see if this was common or I never would have thought to call and ask to see a pic of one they had in stock. WTF Someone needs to remove them from the LINKS section on the sight. And they need to have a buyer beware section in the FEEDBACK. |
