Are the Pelican line of cases worth the money?????? I am currently looking for a nice gun case for my father for Christmas. He has a Glock model 23 (.40) and a Browning 243. Any advise on cases is greatly appreciated. |
| Pelican cases are worth the money, if you plan on putting the case through some abuse. If it's just going to sit under a bed, and make a couple trips to the range every year, then it might be a bit much. It's like a good off road vehicle. If you're going to drive it to work everyday, then why not just buy a honda civic. But, if you're going to go off roading, by all means, get an off road vehicle. SKB makes some decent cases as well, but they are not quite as expensive as Pelican. |
