I have a pair of turkey legs off the bird I shot this spring that i need to use. What's your favorite way to prepare them?
Thanks much.

I dont eat the legs of wild turkeys, to dang tough.
If you want to try, I would suggest a stew or soup, or any dish where they are simmered for a long time, maybe they will soften up for you.

Rub'em down with a little pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt. Slow cook'em on the grill. Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, colesalw, corn on the cob.
I've never had wild turkey, how big are the legs on one?
