Cooked my first today. Wow! These things are great. Took a 4 lb. squash, cut it in half. Roasted in a 375* oven for an hour. Seeded it and raked out the flesh. The flesh shreds and looks exactly like spaghetti. Sauteed in olive oil, butter, and garlic for a few minutes. Then poured in about 1/4 of a jar of sauce. Wow! You get your pasta and veggies all in the same dish. |
