| I just saw Land of the Dead. The new one. Now if the zombies can think and operate full auto weapons are they technically zombies anymore or have they evolved to something else? Also do they breathe, even thought they are dead? I would presume so for their tissues to function so how did they hold their breath so long to cross the river? |

Had any of you bothered with Day of the Dead you would understand Land a whole lot better. But in any case the actor that played big daddy(smart zombie) in land really sucked ass. They should have kept Bub from Day OTD. Zombies can move air in and out of there body to make grunting sounds. In some movies they can even say "Brains" and "Send more police"

next one??? im intriged as to if this is truely in the works....source??  zombies shouldn't talk or shoot they're dead moans and grunts are acceptible but conversations and thinking outside of mindless actions ruins any believability and thats what makes a great movie. creating a believable situation, further more if you can spend millions on movies like independance day and the matrix or Harry Potter than why do they make the cheesiest low budget F- rated films come on scare me. |

What we really need is a good Red Dawn of the Dead kind of movie. ( sorry to steal that title from some unnamed arfcommer) A relatively big budgeted civie/police/military action flick about handling a zombie uprising. Kind of like 28 days but not ridiculously crappy like it was and in the US. Hopefully it would show our military holding together a bit longer than a week before degrading to total chaos

THIS MOVIE SUCKED!!! I also noticed that the "Dead" were breathing but also thought if they were breathing how did they go under the water??? All in all I think that only the 2 original versions of Night and Dawn of the dead were any good. The remakes of Night and Dawn were cool but I thought Day and Land of the dead were corney. I am hurt and dissapointed in Land of the dead. Now I see why they only had 20 copies at the video store. |

Check out "Hide & Creep" on video. Low budget zombie flick, sort of like a "B" or "C" grade American "Saun of The Dead". Funny, but not an out & out comedy. One of the main goodguys would probably post here....one of the bits is where he has his teenage daughter review what she's supposed to do if somebody tries to break in..... "get my gun, shoot 'em-twice in the chest, once in the head", "good girl, don't forget the 'shoot them in the head' part" <or words to that effect> Slow moving NOTLD type zombies, not the Olympic sprinter types like DOTD-04. |
The lesbian zombie thing was creeping me out.  I loved the homeland security guy's ID.
