| So when I am copying files I get that little usless inacurate window that show how much time it will take to finish copying the file from my cd to my hard drive, or hard drive to hard drive. Does anyone know of any software that insted of showing the windows timer will instead show how much data has actually been copied/beeng transfered. Thanks for yallz help! |

there's some software called Linux that allows you to modify it however you want (i.e. add features like that), but it's probably more work than what your looking for. eta: what you are asking for is embedded in a closed-source operating system. I doubt it's possible. |
