I need some hive-mind help. I'm entering this "dead pool" You get points depending on how high a person is on the list and how old they are when they die (younger = more points). The person needs to die between Nov 1 2005 and Nov 1 2006. The picks have to be in the public eye. Famous for whatever reason. Oh, and I cannot "help" a pick to get the points. I've got a few ideas, anybody else? Midwinter |

Fifty Cent Those rapers always have feuds going. Emminen Drug problems Danny Bonaduce Drug problems and suicidal Low points but smart choices. All of the ex presidents are good candidates, especially Ford. They have lead stressful lives and statistically we haven't had so many ex-presidents around. |

Older people I can think of (mostly actors): Larry Hagman Gerald Ford Phyllis Diller Zsa Zsa Gabor Don Knotts Andy Griffith Harry Morgan (MASH, Dragnet, etc) Al Lewis (Grandpa Munster) Conrad Bain (Diffrent Strokes dad) Russell Johnson (The Professor from Gilligan's Island) Bea Arthur Betty White Angela Lansbury Tom Bosley Jack Palance Dick Martin Jackie Cooper (Little Rascals) (I think he's still alive) Jane Wyman (still alive last I heard, but that was a couple of years ago) Charlton Heston Ernest Borgnine Kirk Douglas George Kennedy Christopher Lee (old, but still pretty spry for his age) and of course, Abe Vigoda Wow. That was a long list. |
Damn, I thought all those people were already dead... Larry Hagman must be on his fifth liver already....![]() ETA: I know Abe Vigoda (aka Fish, is dead!!!) Either that or he is preserved very well!!!...

Elvis is getting on up there in years... From the long list above, I would bet that Don Knotts would be a good pick for the coming year - I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Grim Reaper were gearing up for a citizen's ar-RAY-est! Citizen's ar-RAY-est! BTW... isn't this just a wee bit morbid? |
Not that I like the skank, but she at least voted for GW. |
