Need help, gun safe is locked, and I can't find the combination. It's a Cannon safe, American Eagle series, do I call Cannon, or do I call the local locksmith and hope he can get into it, or is their anything I can do. I really don't want just anybody seeing my safe, let alone whats in there. I'm sure i'll be flamed over this, so go ahead, but I really need help on this. Thanks

How much time do you have before the homeowner gets home.?

I had an opportunity to pick up a used safe with a locked door. (nobody knew the combo) So, before I picked it up I called a locksmith and asked how much to unlock and reset the combo. I was told that it would cost me $350.00 to do this. YMMV
Call some local locksmiths for a quote. Have your lock type and model if you have it ready to give him/her.

Edit: I did not get the safe.
