So Sunday I woke up with a stiff that was pretty sore. I decided to go work lightly outside on my office which I am building. I worked thru the day with some aid of pain pills trying to get the roof done before it rained. I carried 11 bundles of comp roof up the ladder to finish roofing the office. Turns out my stiff neck was a pinched nerve and now I am in real pain. The pain is almost to the point of making me sick. Any thing I can do about it. We do have pain pills, codein and so on. I don't want to go to the doc's because I don't think there is anything they can do. Anything to help relieve this pain? |
