it is a surprise that these 5 voted against him:
Five Democrats - Sens. Dianne Feinstein of California, Joseph Biden of Delaware, Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts, Charles Schumer of New York and Dick Durbin of Illinois - opposed Roberts.
