Wanna have some REAL fun? Drop in your employer's web site! I did, and laughed so damn hard I almost hyper-venilated (especially over the "descriptions" of the company executives!)

As far as "how they did it", their program probably just has a rule to replace certain key adjectives, phrases, nouns, etc., with others. They did it pretty well...it's gramatically correct most of the time.
