Thats why I did not donate shit to anybody. I knew the .gov would come to the rescue and do some stupid shit like this. I donate every month. Its called taxes. Iam a E-5 in the USAF and they take alot out of my check. Now I do get money back at tax time but I still pay in. I work pretty hard all year round to survie and I have two kids.

I provide pretty good for them and still have money left over to take the family on vacation(its called saving and budgeting). My wife is pregent with #3 and now we quailfy for WIC and some food stamps. Do I take it? No, I still have money for beer and to provide for my family so no I dont its called pride (besides I would give up the beer first). Now dont get me wrong If I needed it I would take it but I do work and Iam not a leech. Some people do need it but, but they are less than 1%, the rest are to just lazy.  I say get rid of the shit They dont need it and I dont feel sorry for one of those bastards. There is a reason we left them in NO.
