Hit the GD button on top or bottom of the thread,
It refreshes when you do this at the same time

It looks like it's the banner that's doing it.  It's adding a page.  when you click the back button the first time look at the banner page and it'll tell you that it didn't load.

I would try using the Firefox browser, it doesn't have the same problems as IE, it's a much better browser and it's free.

For some reason the DB server managing the ad data is going offline... probably a faulty network card. I will try to keep my eye on the server and also try to get in to replace the card.
