i was just watching, had dolph lundgen as the star. it was about rogue servicemen who steal a prototype stealth fighter to bomb the whitehouse & capital building because they believe our government is trying to destroy the US constitution

cheesy yes, but the idea of the film was good. they even used the "Tree of Freedom" quote in it[heavy]
