Morning bump and yes the Buffalo was frozen.....so technically not expired  . Plus I was a couple days late posting the pic. Life doesn't always allow for real time and things get slow sometimes (you people know this).Buffalo is readily available at our local Supermarket (H.E.B.). If you happen to live near one of the new (Larger) stores then you know. H.E.B. rocks. They regularly have ground Buffalo, Buffalo Roasts and Ribeyes. I swear I can't tell the difference from Beef. Its good eatin and not as much fat (notice the dark red color) as beef. eta thecleaner, I wasn't bashing you pic so much as 'hot dogs'. I dislike them
