Its Bushs fault, didnt you get the memo?

Bush caused NO to be below sea level (It was above sea level before his first term. Honest, I swear)
Bush caused Katrina. His energy policy was repsonsible.
Bush caused the oil shortage. He refused to let corporations build more refinery's.
Bush didnt do anything before Katrina hit.
Bush was on vacation when Katrina hit.
Bush isnt doing enough after Katrina hit.

Its all true, I read it on the Intarweb.

The local news here is reporting that two pipelines transporting gas from here  to the east coast cannot carry product due to power outages in Lousianna and Mississippi. A large percentage of the gasoline used in the SE US apparantly comes from SE Texas.

Gas shot up to $2.99 a gallon in Columbia today. This afternoon it looked like the 1970s oil embargo all over again; there were cars lined up for blocks at every gas station.
