I purchased a home for 475K, 5% Down. Had an offer 9 days after I closed for 550K. Not C. Sheets but pretty darn close.

The days of fast $$$ in SW FL are coming to a close. The market here has gone so fast in the last 20 mths. This area is now a "long term" investment. Hard to flip now.
