Had this same thing happen last year after OC training when I had to get hit with it. No one told me to wash my face BEFORE getting in the shower..........

When cutting peppers always use the follwoing tools/eqpt
1. Latex/non-latex gloves 2. see Rule #1 Do not do any of the following... Rub/touch/fondle/manipulate any body parts immediately after taking off rubber gloves.......yours or anyone else's |

I know your pain. I made that mistake once. I actually rinsed off my hands before going to the bathroom. Rinsing isn't enough.
 Now I wash my hands with soap several times before going to the bathroom after handeling super hot peppers. |
