i just got a new harris clone and when i put it on my gun, it looks like it's tilted to the left when i look through my scope. it seems to be straight by eyeballing it, but my crosshairs are definitely tilted. is that normal?

Are you sure your scope isn't mounted off-kilter?
Do you have a level anywhere? That aughta be able to tell you of the bipod is perfectly level...
