My compaq 1200 will not power up. It has a green light indicating that its getting power but the thing will not power up with cord attached or by battery alone. Any ideas (other than it's broke. lol) to fixing it? |
Could be a bad battery. I know some computers won't start-up, unless you charge the battery for an hour or so, because the regular wall-plug AC adapter does not supply enough power to start up everything. Don't know for sure, but it's a possiblity. |
