[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Itunes Conversion help

I have a RIO MP3 player, and have tons of music on ITunes. Is there a way I can get the music changed over to MP3 without having to burn them to a disc and copy back to hard drive?

I have a RIO, too, but I couldn't get them to sync....Sooooo, tag for any good input.
