Geez, can someone associated with the Food Network please tell Emeril that the joke is dead! If I hear him use that lame crack (or the smellovision one) again I'm going to drive to New York and grill his liver with some fava beans.

The guy repeats the same damn jokes over and over and over again.

I enjoy the cooking part of the show, I just hate his repetitive shit jokes.

Oh, and to explain it, Emeril (at least once every show) will pull a prop knob from under the counter and tell people to 'Use your knob' and adjust the heat.

While I agree that most home cooks need to learn to adjust the heat, the joke has run it's course.
