Looking for good links/ books/ vids to get into focus mitt training. I can speed bag, basic, and good with the heavy bag. Mostly self taught. TIA. |
I mean no disrespect here, but learning boxing drills from a video tape is like learning to swim in a bathtub. If you want to be a fighter, you need human contact. Bag work has its place, but mixing it up is what boxing is all about. Find a boxing gym. Not one of those "gyms" where everybody dances around wearing wraps, but a real boxing club. You'll learn everything you want to know about the greatest of all sports. Here's my son and I.
