I just completed a SIG armorers course today at Dallas PD. The Texas/ARK/OK/NM rep informed the class that SIGARMS would be formally announcing the release of the civilian version of the SIG 550 at the next SHOT show and the rifle would be available Spring '06 (and would be available for individual officer purchase).

I'll be honest I am waiting till I read about the Fn2000 and this Civillian Sig before I make my purchase.

Yeah.

I'd like to finish an AR build, or get a P90. But a Sig would be cool too.
