Living in south Texas we sometimes get hurricanes our way, years ago, we were all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Huricane Gilbert, when a roommate from a tech school I was attending demanded to know why we just don't detonate an atomic bomb on the hurricane . I suppose I could have explained to him that the radioactive fallout would be far worse than any damage the huricane could deliver. And ask this mental giant if he advocated using atomic warheads everytime a hurricane was to show up?. But thinking it over I decided it best to simply nod and shrug my shoulders with an "I dunno". He seem be pleased at the originality and depthness of his question. What's the dumbest thing anyone has ever asked you? and how did you answer? |

Last place I worked had a Black and White TV in the break room. One day a co-worker asked me why the local news station couldn't afford color TV cameras when they could afford to buy 3 helicopters. The answer I gave him was just a blank stair until he realized what he said. |
