Write a formal letter stating that this is not what you contracted for, explain how it does not meet your specs. Are you willing to let him fix it, or do you just want the money back? State in letter what you want to happen next. 'You have until 5PM 7/7/05 to refund money in full or I will pursue legal action and attach your bank account' or 'You will bring the vehicle up to the specified standards by 7/30/05' Send it by registered mail to his house and place of business. |
