Found this old photo looks like a real tribute to the 2nd Amendment

I think it must have been the "original" Neighborhood Watch

Not sure of the era of photo but looks like a few guys have "Tommy Guns" Those were the days !!

Ya know, one day many years from now, gun nerds like us will look at pictures of us with AR's and lament the fact that they cannot own semi autos with large capacity mags.

that's a great picture. It will be nice to have something like to show my grandkids. I don't want to think about telling them how granddad use to have pistols that held 18 rounds and rifles that shot 800 yards with a 20 round mag etc etc...

They don't build gun owners like that anymore.

Today, due to pounds and girth, it'd be hard to get three in an F350 longbed.

Call it a hunch, but I would wager that there wasn't much carjacking and related activity going on in that county at that time.

But morality can be a double-edged sword and it would have probably been a treasured memory if you somehow caught a glimpse of some chick's knee.

Thats what I had thought when I first saw that pic this morning; I thought it looked like a pic I had seen of one of the groups of people who had hunted down one of the big criminal names like Bonnie and Clyde or Dillinger back in the 30s.

And in an accident..... hit the steering wheel or dash and you'd have about 150k in damage to your face.
