[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Windows XP - FAVORITES menu

Is there a way to make it display the whole thing when you click the FAVORITES title?
It starts out with just a couple links and a "down" arrow that makes it show the rest of the menu table if you click it.
Why can't it just show the whoel dang thing every time?

I tried google, but apparently don't know how to ask.

Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced

Uncheck the box under Browsing that says "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
