Does anyone sell an application that will move application files/folders to a new computer *AND* update the friggin' Windows registry so they will continue to work? The registry is some geek's wet dream and is a collosal POS. If only they would bring back INI files. HKEY_USERS_Microsoft_program_designers = 'drooling_dumbfuck_idiots' I have a new Dell and a million apps on my old computer. I may not be able to find the original installation disks. I may not remember setup options on them. I may not have the 3 man-years needed to manually install all the old stuff on the new computer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, I should have gone with Linux.

| The only one I know worth looking at is Aloha Bob. Be warned that it still has some odd problems. But if you don't have installation discs, that's probably your best bet. |
