Question 2: "Name of person CERTIFYING to citizenship"

What does this mean?

FFL App.

Question 8:

It is $30, correct?

After all this is done, what do I put into the envelope to the ATF? Just 1 FFL App and 1 citizenship form?

Then the "let's be friends letter" to my CLEO

I'm pretty sure that is your name. You must have the new form because I don't remember that one.

I had the same question when I did my Form 1

You put your own name. Basically you are certifying yourself that you are a citizen.

You certify yourself as a citizen. Yes, it is as dumb as it sounds.
