What are the advatages/disadvantages of pistol caliber cabines?
AR15 with trijicon acog or HK usc .45 with doctor optics and why?

Supressed noise is the only advantage I see. The .223 is a much better round than either the 9mm or .40.

And ability to practice at most indoor ranges.

it will shoot at subsonic velocity.

Loudness.

Most suppressed ammo just slows the bullet to subsonic sounds to eliminate the sonic boom.

Biggest advantage is commonality of ammo with your handgun.
