Whats the deal w/ AR15 and JRS being down. I know they have been upgrading but didnt hear about the WHOLE site(s) being down

When I try to Go to AR15.com or AK47.net or Jobrelatedstuff.com it pops up a screen saying its down for maintenance. I logged on through Weaponforums.com to post this
So whats the Deal?
