| I know that packing.org has a list of the various states and their reciprocities with other states CCWs. I am looking for how those lists were created. If a cop stops me while I am carrying in another state, I would like a little more to fall back on than, "It says your state takes my CCW on packing.org" |
Oh I know that most everyone here means well. But I thought that in light of our recent reading comprehension discussions, that he deserved a little ribbing. |

No need to call me or anyone else a dullard, my ribbing was good natured I assure you. I had not seen the links on packing.org that went to the various states rulings on recipocity. If you had just pointed those links out the first time, I would have much appreciated it. |
My foolishness aside, this is THE definitive answer... I have not found a website that gives an accurate overview. I carry in 3 states that mine shares reciprocity with... only had trouble in Ohio (new'ish CCW law). I played stupid... and it worked. for the record, law says firearm on your person must be plainly visible on your person inside a vehicle and etc.... (duh) - now i have to tuck and untuck whenever i get in/ out of a vehicle there.... most states have quirks. |
