A good friend of mine just went in to have fibroids surgically removed. She's only 34. They were growing so fast that she was wearing maternity clothes, and having trouble urinating and deficating.

Turned out one of the "fibriods" was a sarcoma almost as big as a volley ball. They took her uterus and one ovary. It had also attached to the outside of her bladder, and they couldn't get that part.

That's all I know, as the lab results are still pending. They won't even discuss treatment options with her until then.

I did a little internet research, and it doesn't sound good at all.

I'd like to hear some no BS thoughts, if there are any docs here.

You have to wait for the pathology. Sorry, but that's just the way it is.
