I'm sure this is a dupe so don't bother  sayin it but I can't find a thread on it so hear goes.

Do these things work or are they just a waste of money. I've heard of the hellfire and heard they are junk but what about the Tac trigger?

There are two kinds of "Tac triggers". This is one.

Just learn how to bump fire. Save your money. If it actaully worked, the ATF wouldn't approve it.

Buddy had one on his 10/22.  It was all bent out of shape after a short period of time.  Buy a Volquartsen trigger and bumpfire.  That's what I did on mine.  ROF is 10 times as fast too.

Kind of like the Styer Augs that I cross trained with in AU.  Light pull = semi auto, strong pull = full auto.

Oh yeah, Aussies Rock!  Thanks for letting this US Jar Head come play with you guys.  Stay safe!

They are crap, they don't work and aimed fire is the best fire.

You know, I've seen these things at gunshows so much.  How the hell do they "work"?  I honestly don't know and am curious.  Either they do SOME good, or the guy in the video can bump from the shoulder like a madman (although it looks like the buttstock is in constant contact with his shoulder).  Anyone?

Basically it's piece of metal attached to the trigger and a spring.  You hold down the metal and the trigger bounces off the spring.
