What does one need to do in order to have a living will? If I write down my will does it need any signatures, i.e. notary, local court house, etc... Also, are there things/items that cannot be in a will? Thanks.

A living will is drawn up by and attorney most of the time. If you don't have one, your spouse or children will be given the power to carry out your wishes.
