I'm looking for a type of mount that will allow me to hang a couple of long guns (an AR and an 870) horizontally on the wall.  I know I've seen a simple mount that consist of two adjustable U shaped brackets that attach to the wall.  Problem is, I can no longer find the manufacturer/supplier site on the web.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Edited to add:  This is for storage purposes not display, so utilitarian is the name of the game.

That being the case, why not a generic "truck rack" bolted to the wall?

Just a few $$$ at Wally World.

The mantle!  If being utilitarian is the thing, why not just stack'em in a corner?  For display, the hardest thing was averaging a the stock drop of various guns to get the bores level.  These are just stained oak 1*6s.  They rest on the mantle, but are screwed into the ceiling so they don't tip (better there than drilling into brick).  The notches are also staggered for maximum space usage.

Back in the day they would let you, no they would tell you to make a gun rack in wood shop. This was in grade school, 7th grade if I remember right. Mine held 3 rifles and was made of pine. I stained it with a nice walnut color stain. Had it in my bedroom for many years until I went into the military. Mom won't tell me what happened to it.

Well, I the question I have is will a standard truck rack hold an M4gery with RAS, Surefire, and Dieter forward grip?  I know it'll handle the 870 since it is pretty much stock.

Edited to add:  Besides, I've seen exactly what I'm looking for.  I just don't remember where.  I've checked Cabela's, Sportsman's Guide, Lightfighter, etc. and just can't find it again.

This is what I had in my old apartment for my ready gun. Worked for both my 870 and my M4.  I had to slip the 870 in on it's side. I used one hook and one "U" shaped bike hangy thingies.
